Water Vibration under Oxford Mississippi?

I’ve been checking USGS Heliplots for years. I always wondering why seismogram of Oxford Mississippi is all the time wavy.

Oxford is located very close to Mississippi River. Is this the vibration from the underground water existing under Oxford?

I don’t think this wavy vibration is from magma or volcanic activities.

I bet Oxford is floating over the water, and it will be underwater especially after impending New Madrid Quake.
